FAQ

Questions people ask

Everything we get asked at the counter. If yours is not here, call any store or send a message.

How do I pay for the machines?

Every store runs on a reloadable 1st Class Laundry card. Load it at the kiosk with cash, a credit or debit card, or EBT, then tap it on any washer or dryer. You can check your balance any time at my.laundroworks.com.

When is the last wash?

Washers stop starting one hour before closing so every load has time to dry. Each location page lists its exact last-wash time; at Atco, Berlin and Deptford the doors lock automatically at closing.

Do I need an appointment for wash & fold?

No. Walk in any time during business hours at Pine Hill, Glassboro or Deptford, hand your bag to the attendant and pick it up the same day. Detergent, softener, dryer sheets and bleach are included, or bring your own.

How big are the washers?

Each store has a full range, from single-load machines up to 80 lb washers that take about 8 household loads, or a king comforter, in one cycle.

Is someone on site?

Yes. An attendant is on the floor during every open hour to help with the card kiosk, the machines and wash & fold drop-offs.

Do you offer commercial or business laundry?

Yes, from Pine Hill and Glassboro, with pickup and delivery. Restaurants, healthcare offices, hotels, gyms, salons and property managers use it for linens, towels and uniforms. Request a quote and we will call you back.

What is the loyalty program?

Wash & fold and comforter customers earn points for every pound we clean. Points turn into discounts and free items on future drop-offs. Ask the attendant to enroll you on your first visit.
