Do you pick up and deliver laundry to my home?
Yes. Schedule a pickup online at 1stclasslaundry.com/delivery: enter your ZIP, pick a day and time window, and leave your bags at the door. We wash, dry and fold everything with the products you choose and bring it back. You pay by the pound after we weigh it, and your card is only charged for the final total.
How do I pay for the machines?
Every store runs on a reloadable 1st Class Laundry card. Load it at the kiosk with cash, a credit or debit card, or EBT, then tap it on any washer or dryer. You can check your balance any time at my.laundroworks.com.
When is the last wash?
Washers stop starting one hour before closing so every load has time to dry. Each location page lists its exact last-wash time; at Atco, Berlin and Deptford the doors lock automatically at closing.
Do I need an appointment for wash & fold?
No. Walk in any time during business hours at Pine Hill or Glassboro, drop off your bag and pick it up washed, dried and folded the same day.
How big are the washers?
It depends on the store. Pine Hill, Berlin and Atco have washers up to 80 lb, and Glassboro up to 120 lb. An 80 lb washer takes about 8 household loads, or a king comforter, in one cycle. Each location page lists the sizes on record.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. Every store has free Wi-Fi, and every store takes cash, card and EBT at the laundry card kiosk.
Do you offer commercial or business laundry?
Yes, from Pine Hill and Glassboro, with pickup and delivery. Restaurants, healthcare offices, hotels, gyms, salons and property managers use it for linens, towels and uniforms. Request a quote and we will call you back.
