What this site collects
Short version: only what you type into a form, and only to reply to you.
Forms
When you send a message or request a quote, we keep the name, email, phone number, business name, location and message you entered so that we can reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share these details with anyone outside 1st Class Laundry.
What we do not collect
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no analytics service. Browsing the site does not create an account or a profile.
Laundry cards
Card balances are managed by Laundroworks at my.laundroworks.com, a separate service with its own privacy policy. This site only links to it.
Maps
Location pages embed a Google Map for directions. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads; see Google's privacy policy.

Email any store, or write to pinehill@1stclasslaundry.com, to ask what we hold about you or to have a form submission deleted.
