What this site collects

Forms

When you send a message or request a quote, we keep the name, email, phone number, business name, location and message you entered so that we can reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share these details with anyone outside 1st Class Laundry.

Visits and advertising measurement

We set our own first-party cookies to count visits and to learn which ads, searches and links bring customers to us: a random visitor id, a 30-minute session id, the page you arrived on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source or an ad click id). We do not store your IP address or browser fingerprint with them. When you book, that visit is linked to your order so we can tell which advertising works.

This site also uses Google Analytics, Google Ads. When you book or become a paying customer we may send those advertising services a confirmation with the order value and a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your email and phone number so they can match the sale to an ad. We never send your name in plain text, your address, laundry notes or instructions.

We may also use Google's advertising features to show our ads to people who previously visited this site. You can opt out using the controls below or in Google's Ad Settings.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control we honor it automatically: your visits and orders are not used for advertising and the advertising tags are not loaded. You can also opt out here:

Laundry cards

Card balances are managed by Laundroworks at my.laundroworks.com, a separate service with its own privacy policy. This site only links to it.

Maps

Location pages embed a Google Map for directions. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads; see Google's privacy policy.
